I built Trainwell out of necessity—not ambition.
When I was managing a 7-person team, I couldn't keep up with training, coaching, hiring, and producing. I was getting asked the same questions every day, watching reps stall in conversations, and burning time in meetings that didn't drive production.
So I built a system. Then we added coaching. Then we built AI George. Then we scaled it for other agencies.
Now? Over 130 agencies are running trainwell—and their teams are producing faster, with less effort from the agent.
