### Legal Disclosure for **Guaranteed Price for Life**
**Guaranteed Price for Life Disclosure**
Trainwell LLC offers the **Guaranteed Price for Life** to all members who join our cohort-based pricing plan. This guarantee ensures that members who sign up at a specified rate will retain that rate for the duration of their active membership. The following conditions apply:
1. **Guarantee Coverage**: The Guaranteed Price for Life applies exclusively to the membership rate at the time of enrollment. Members are protected from any future rate increases applied to new members after their enrollment date.
2. **Eligibility**: To be eligible for this guarantee, members must maintain continuous active membership without interruption. Cancellation or suspension of membership will result in the forfeiture of the locked-in rate. If a member rejoins, they will be subject to the then-current rates.
3. **Membership Changes**: Members may upgrade their membership tier and will be subject to the rate applicable to the new tier at the time of the upgrade. The Guaranteed Price for Life will then apply to the new rate.
4. **Non-Transferability**: The guarantee is personal to the member and cannot be transferred to another person or entity.
5. **Scope and Limitations**: This guarantee covers only the membership rate and does not include any additional products, services, or features that may be introduced or offered separately from the membership.
6. **Modification and Termination**: Trainwell LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Guaranteed Price for Life at any time for new members. However, any changes will not affect existing members who are covered under this guarantee.
By participating in the cohort pricing plan, members acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Guaranteed Price for Life Disclosure. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of Trainwell LLC's membership agreement and any applicable laws and regulations.
